Startups are not flooded with applications

Startups are not flooded with applications, as they are not well known among graduates. For a fresh graduate applying to beginning your career with a start-up there is less competition.

Most fresh graduates only now the big players in their industry and are not aware of all the small startups. On the job marked the big players attract talented young jobseekers. They do this by targeted marketing or image campaigns. Also, they offer job security, opportunities, and competitive compensation packages.

Startups rather tend to struggle to find good graduates because they are less popular with jobseekers. This can be your advantage if you have little experience after completing your education.
